We want you to love your Seraphe pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Your right to cancel

If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, contact us through our contact page before the 14 days are up.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original condition. Once we have approved your return, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.
