Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order. No minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Some pieces ship from our international partners, so occasionally delivery can take a little longer during busy periods. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived, get in touch through our contact page and we will help sort it out.
